Your initial nutrition coaching session includes a complete nutritional assessment, goal setting, and a customized meal plan based on your individual needs. Follow-up sessions are available. Appointments are available in person, via Zoom, and by telephone.

Our workshops are ideal for communities seeking a healthier, more engaged space. We design programs and initiatives that align with your specific community and company culture.

Meet Maya.
Our founder, Maya Lew, is a Nutritionist specializing in chronic disease prevention. Maya received her Bachelor’s degree in Health, Fitness, and Recreation Resources with a specialization in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from George Mason University. In December of 2023, Maya received her Master’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, & Sensory Sciences from Kansas State University, which she is most proud of. She received her Certified Nutrition Coach certification in September of 2025 from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Maya is passionate about helping people stay well via evidence-based, preventative nutrition practices, as well as educating individuals and communities on how to maintain good health with simple, nutrient-dense, and delicious food.
Maya specializes in:
